Welcome to More Scribbles From Bruce's Creative World

Featured Scribbles are more short-story than scribble. The works are characterized by two things: 1) Frequency and, 2) Length. I will make every effort to post a new featured work monthly. The typical length will vary between 1600 and 5000 words. There will be no effort regarding genre specificity, no effort to target a specific age, gender, ethnic or religious group. Most will be conventional pros, but . . . things experimental are not out-of-bounds. Hopefully, it will all be worthwhile, perhaps funny, maybe touching, or even outrageous. The previous month's posting will be archived.

As with everything else posted here, I welcome all comments.

The Just More Scribbles moniker is used to distinguish the length of this category from "Featured Scribbles". These works could range from micro-fiction to short-story; from essay to thesis, from poetry to . . . well graffiti. There is no specific timeline for their posting. Too, there are no topic or length criteria. They really are "just more scribbles." It is my hope, some of what you find here will at a minimum, be entertaining. Perhaps even enlightening. Possibly, provocative. What I can promise is it will all be the product of my sweat, maybe blood, and possibly tears.

The Poems as Scribbles moniker is the third and final category of my scribbles work. These works will all be what I consider some form of poetry. Again, there is no specific timeline for their posting. Too, there are no topic or length criteria. They really are "just scribbles." It is my hope, some of what you find here will at a minimum, entertaining. What I can promise is it will all be the product of my sweat, maybe blood, and possibly tears.
